Service Description
MotorScope remote analysis is an independent, data-driven vehicle analysis that requires no on-site visit. You conveniently transmit the vehicle data recorded with a suitable diagnostic tool to us online. MotorScope systematically evaluates the provided fault codes, live data, sensor readings, and relevant measurement parameters, checking them for plausibility, detectable deviations, and technical correlations. Where available and relevant for the specific vehicle, the recorded values are compared with manufacturer specifications and reference values. The analysis also includes a VIN-based check for relevant manufacturer recalls and service campaigns. After completion of the analysis, you will receive a professional MotorScope analysis report with the findings, a clear evaluation, and, if applicable, suggestions for areas that should be monitored or specifically investigated. Important: For remote analysis, the customer is responsible for recording and transmitting the necessary vehicle data. If you do not yet own a suitable diagnostic tool, the MotorScope Assistant will assist you in selecting an appropriate device and explain which data is required for the analysis. MotorScope does not perform repairs or sell spare parts. The assessment is conducted independently based on the actual and verifiable vehicle data provided.
